On Wednesday 27th of February, we will be holding a volleyball strength and conditioning session run by Garth Tucker, the head coach of Goliath Fitness. Garth has worked with elite athletes to develop and improve the strength, fitness, balance and coordination athletes need for their specific sports. This is a great opportunity to learn how to become a stronger player and minimise the risk of injury throughout the season.
This session is open to players of all ages and non-members, so if you have friends/family who also want to come along, then they are more than welcome.
