For people with physical disabilities, family members, and supporters.  Come and be part of a fun, welcoming, and inclusive community where everyone can play together.   Sitting volleyball is an exciting and fast-paced team sport designed so people with and without physical disabilities can compete on equal terms.

Sitting volleyball has been played worldwide for decades and has been a Paralympic sport since 1980. Whether you're looking for fun, connection, or a new sporting opportunity, this program is for you.

Played on a smaller court with a lower net, sitting volleyball is accessible, social, and suitable for all ages, abilities, and genders. The game involves moving across the court in a seated position using your arms and legs, and players must be able to sit upright on the floor without assistance. No experience is necessary — just bring yourself and give it a go!
